Developing capacity at the national and regional level is key to the success of Global Globin Network. Countries are using the country checklist to develop a baseline for measuring progress during the GGN Challenge.
Initially the Challenge will focus on those countries that have already formed groups of the relevant professionals including: Belgium, Brunei, China, Cyprus, Egypt, France, Italy, Malaysia, Mexico, Mozambique, Nepal, The Netherlands, Nigeria, The Philippines, Portugal, South Africa, Thailand, Venezuela and Vietnam. Other countries are ready to be included as the project expands.
