
David Abraham

David is currently an Executive Director of The CASS Foundation Limited, Chairman of four syndicates of Chief Executive Officers, Chairman of The Knox School Limited, and Chairman of the Human Variome Project International Limited.
He has been a consultant retained as a business, legal and property consultant on various projects in Australia and New Zealand. He is a lawyer and was formerly Managing Partner of a city legal firm.

Richard Cotton
2010-2014
Professor Cotton has had a long and distinguished career as both an innovative researcher and a driver of action towards preventing and treating genetic disorders and birth defects. As a researcher, he was instrumental in the development of techniques to produce monoclonal antibodies and, his diagnostic techniques and research into diseases such as Phenylketonuria have been fundamental to the early detection of affected individuals which has lead to often life-saving interventions and the prevention of further disease progression. He is a pioneer in the field of Mutation Detection, developing methods for the chemical and enzymatic detection of human genetic mutations. Professor Cotton was one of the first to recognise the need to document the extent of all human genetic variation in order to investigate, treat and prevent human disease. As the founder and first Scientific Director of the Human Variome Project, he has led the world in developing ways to collect, curate, interpret and share information on the genetic changes that underlie both inherited and complex disease.

Xitao Li

Professor Xitao Li is of Chinese descent and was born in February 1953 in HeNan Province. He has a professorship and doctorate in the medical field. In 1976, he graduated from HeNan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. In 1979-1982 he studied in China Medical University and Liaoning Chinese Medical Institute. In September 1991 till October 1994, he was conferred the titles "Great National Doctor" and "Great Doctor of the City" by China's Chinese Medical Institute. Through the approvals of homeland affairs department, sanitation department and Chinese Medicine Regulatory body he was officially appointed as the "successor of the teachings of Professor Lu Zhi Zheng".

Zhonghua Gao

Mr Gao has been the Deputy Director and Secretary General of China Foundation of Consumer Protection and China Maternity-Baby-Children Working Committee since 2007. He founded China Health Industry Development Association in January 2012, which is under the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. Mr Gao has been the Deputy Director and Secretary General of the Association since then. The Association focuses on the development of health industry and aged care service in combination of advanced technology innovation. In cooperation with relevant government departments and private sector, the Association has established China Health Association (Beijing) Health Industry Development Investment Funds to promote the development of aged care and health industry in China.
Prior to his current positions, Mr Gao worked in the local government in Sichuan Province for nearly ten years and also had business experience for many years. He currently holds advisor positions for a number of local governments and enterprise.
