During the Registration Process please make sure you choose which concurrent sessions you wish to attend as the rooms have limited space and need to be allocated according to numbers - see Program page for details.

Registration

If you choose to pay by credit card, you will be directed to Paypal. You DO NOT have to be a member of Paypal, you can just proceed to payment without logging on. Sometimes, due to strict security, PayPal payment does not work, if this happens to you, please use the special form attached here.

The Registration fee includes administration costs, coffee breaks, all lunches, the Welcome Reception and the Gala dinner.

Please TYPE CAREFULLY, the information you enter will be printed on your name badge and in the program book the way YOU have written it.
If you put your 1st name in the surname box and surname in the 1st name box your name badge and information in the booklet will appear that way. PLEASE DO NOT type in capital letters!

Accompanying Persons Package

If you wish to bring an accompanying person to the Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner Cruise you must take out an Accompanying Persons' Package at the time of Registration. The cost is Euro 137 .

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations received up to 28th February, 2010 will be eligible for a full refund, less a €100 Administration Fee. Cancellations received after 28th February will be 100% NON-REFUNDABLE.
