- Walter Erdelen, Assistant Director-General for Natural Sciences, United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO); and
- Ala Alwan, Assistant Director-General, Noncommunicable Diseases and Mental Health, World Health Organization (WHO).
