Abstract Submission
26 Feb. 2010 - The formal Abstract submission deadline has just passed. However, because we regard it critical for ALL RELEVANT work to be expressed at the meeting, we will continue to receive abstracts if you indicate your intent to submit to the Secretariat. The abstracts will be sent to the relevant Chairs but might only be accepted for presentation if submitted in the next few days as the program needs to be finalised. Any subsequent abstracts, if relevant might be published in the program book only if received before the final copy is made but nevertheless will be discussed. Any abstracts arriving too late will not be published. In Summary - if you are thinking of submitting an abstract - please contact Rania at the Secretariat and indicate the topic and session so we know to expect it.Relevant Abstracts submitted will be forwarded to the Co-Chairs for inclusion in the discussion even if the authors are not chosen to present or do not attend the meeting.
Presentations will be chosen from those who have or are planning systems that are relevant to the collection and display of all mutations in all genes from all countries ("Collection" refers to the SYSTEMS to collect the data. For example the process to collect all the mutations discovered in a lab and put them into a database not the actual discovery of the data, nor the methods for their discovery, please do not submit such abstracts). Please make sure your abstract is relevant. If your abstract does not relate to the projects then it will be rejected. Please indicate which session category you would like the abstract to considered for.
